Be kind and respectful
No harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, or personal attacks.
Protect privacy
Do not share another person’s identity, images, story, or medical information without permission.
Avoid dangerous medical claims
Share personal experiences without presenting unverified treatments as cures.
No exploitation
No scams, predatory fundraising, unwanted promotion, or attempts to profit from vulnerable members.
Ask before messaging privately
Meet through a shared Support Space first. Send a private message only after the other person clearly agrees, and stop contact immediately when asked.
Protect location information
Do not post a home address, exact treatment schedule, live location, or another person’s whereabouts. Use a general city or ZIP code for public searches and share necessary pickup details only in a private, consent-based conversation with a verified provider or trusted person.
Report safety concerns
Moderators may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the community.
